Greetings! And welcome to the 2009 Family and Youth Conference Site! We hope that you will find everything you need to inform you about and register for the conference.

The Family and Youth Conference is an annual event where members from churches within the Southwest Diocese of America of Malankara (Indian) Orthodox Syrian Church gather together for spiritual nourishment. The conference format generally includes speeches, workshops, teambuilding activities, talent shows, praise and worship sessions, and ultimately concludes with the Holy Qurbana. It is an event that focuses on the family, providing activities and amenities for all age groups.

This year’s conference will be taking place from Wednesday, June 10th through Saturday, June 13th, 2009 at University of Houston - Central Campus, Houston, Texas.

Featured speakers and guests include: H.G. Mathews Mar Barnabas, H.G Zachariah Mar Nicholovos, H. G. Alexios Mar Eusebius, Rev. Fr. Mohan Joseph, Rev. Fr. M.K. Kuriakose, Rev. Dn. Christopher Mathew, and Seminarian Diju Skariah.

Early registration ends on April 26, 2009. Regular registration ends on May 17th, 2009. Please be sure to register for the conference.
